Because by the time I get home, I'm really working against the clock. I don't want to be outside running alone in the dark, so I time my runs so that I have to run quicker during the second half in order to make it home before the sun sets!
In other words, I force myself to have a speed workout! HAHAHHA, whatever works, right?
I'm so happy to be back in training season! It feels GREAT!
