Today is the 1st of May.
Since the 1st of April, I've ran 80 miles around NYC.
Thats, on average, 20 miles a week.
I think it's a great start to marathon training. If I'm running 80 miles a month now-- with six months to go-- I'm going to finish the marathon so strong! I can only imagine the feeling! It's going to be indescribable! When I was training for the Madrid marathon, I got up to 54 miles a week! Thinking back, that was pretty crazy, but it helped me run the marathon with no problem at all in 4 1/2 hours! I'm going to break that time for the ING NYC Marathon, 2011! This is MY running year!
