HolLa bAck, NYC summer is almost over and I have to admit, I wont miss this years summer even though it was unique.
I got to spend it with my Spanish guy exploring the city. I also had many friends that came in to visit me, Graham from Belfast, my girl from Cali, and my other girl from DC. Things have been so great at times, like when I went to the Lady Gaga concert, or when I danced under the stars at the South Street Sea Port or my trip to the Jersey Shore where I saw the cast filming season 3! Or I'll never forget the picnics and naps in the park under the warm sun with the fresh breeze in the air.
I also loved the nights I spent sitting on my stoop with my fiance sipping on my iced medium very light coffee with liquid sugar. Its the little things that I love doing so much.
But this was also the summer of craziness. My laptop was jacked, my bank account was emptied, I was homeless for a while, and a lot of other things that I can't even mention on here. But I always had my rocks, my friends and my fiancé. They never let me down and were there for me no matter what.
So as the end of the summer wraps up... I am left reminiscing and thinking back... I am blessed to have these experiences to shape me.
But hey, I'm not complaining, how can I with all this love:
There's still a few days of summer left and I have a jam packed schedule! More to come. I want to go out with a bang (chicha wau wau)!
