current workout

I've changed the strategy of my workouts recently, just to challenge my body a bit.

I'm still running, but I'm doing shorter and faster runs. Laps around outdoor tracks and a lot of fartlecks. That mixed with abs and arm work have proven to be a successful way to keep my heart pumping, and I'm not using hours and hours everyday to do it. Less than an hour works, then I can spend the rest of the day engaged in art, cooking, or spending time with my loves.

I'd be curious to hear about other peoples' workouts, or plans to stay healthy... lets make this an interactive post! COME ON FOLKS-- TYPE TO ME!
